Introduction to your "Home"-page

Our Home-view provides a general overview of the most important functions and events of your personal Swat.io. It is the first screen you see after logging in.

Main navigation

In the left column of the page you can find the main navigation to access the main functions of Swat.io:

  • Inbox → Community management

  • Comments → Overview of all comments (can be toggled organization-wide by our developers)

  • Publisher → Content creation

  • Analytics → View statistics

  • Insights → Individual statistics available for exporting

  • Library → Main media storage location

  • Personal avatar → Access to settings (see here)

Other functions in "Home"

  • Overview of all Workspaces you have access to

  • In-app notifications are directly visible

  • Assigned tickets are displayed

  • Assigned posts are shown

  • Faulty channels that need your attention are highlighted

Workspaces

At the top of the Home view, you’ll find all organization workspaces you have access to.

  • In the active workspace card, you can directly create posts or open settings via the gear icon.

  • Up to 10 workspaces can be starred to appear first.

  • In the dropdown menu, workspaces can be sorted alphabetically, by open tickets, or by assigned posts.

The star option appears when hovering over a workspace card.
Creating new workspaces (top right, next to notifications) is only available for workspace managers.

In-App Notifications

Clicking the bell icon in the top left of the Home view shows all notifications.
The number on the icon indicates your unread notifications.

Notification preferences can be adjusted in your profile → Account → Notifications.

Assigned Tickets

This section displays all tickets assigned to you.

Assigned Posts

Here you will find all posts assigned to you that are not yet approved or published.

Faulty Channels (Pop-up)

This pop-up notifies you if there are channels with issues in your workspaces (e.g., expired access tokens).

Avatar

Right below your account name and avatar in the lower-left corner, you’ll find the following buttons:

  • Direct link to the Swat.io Help Center

  • Link to the tutorial section

Clicking the avatar and username opens a menu with the following options:

  • Access to profile and workspace settings (for workspace managers);

  • The option to enable or disable keyboard shortcuts;

  • Activation of "Out of Office";

  • The option “Log out” to sign out of Swat.io instantly.
